Cape Cod Estate Attorney

Tracey D. Smith, Esq.

Born in Connecticut, Tracey received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from
The University of Connecticut and her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law, Boston. Prior to starting her own firm Tracey worked for boutique firms in Newton, Wellesley, and Provincetown.

Tracey’s husband Ryan, daughter Antonie “Toni” and yellow Labrador Abigail are the loves of her life. Tracey and Ryan moved from the hustle and bustle of Boston back to the Cape in 2015 ready for the calm and laid back lifestyle of Cape Cod. Tracey’s family enjoys taking their Boston Whaler out to the “Spit” in Chatham or boating around Long Pond on nice summer days.  Tracey also enjoys working in her vegetable garden, backyard family BBQs and spending time with family and friends at her home in Harwich. You can often find Tracey hiking in Nickerson Park with Abigail and exploring Cape Cod beaches.  She is also an avid reader and always looking for a good book recommendation.

Tracey believes the greatest gift you can give your loved ones is to create an estate plan for when the unexpected happens.  As a wife, mother and business owner, Tracey believes a secure plan is essential to protect your family and loved ones.  A good estate plan allows you to retain control of how your assets will be divided and who will make decisions for you in the event you become incapacitated. Tracey’s goal is to help individuals and families plan for their children and families, ensure assets are distributed properly and protect assets from tax liabilities and creditors as much as possible.

Tracey welcomes the opportunity to further discuss the importance and benefits of an estate plan and the consequences of not having one.  Contact us today to set up a complimentary initial consultation!
